Plasma Resonance Flame Detection

 

Our patented "Plasma Resonance Flame Detection" is specifically designed for instantaneous pilot flame recognition and when unavoidable to fail in the Fail Safe Condition.






Micro Flame Front Ignition 

Internally our pilots are equipped with a unique and patented ignition method.  An internal "Micro Flame Front Ignition" is ignited at the base of the pilot by our exclusive "Low Voltage-High Energy" spark component.  This Generates a ball of flame at the base of the pilot which escapes the pilot through the nozzle cavity insuring ignition even in hurricane force winds and rain.






Cool Tip

 

The "Cool Tip" is designed to increase the longevity of the "DRAM" pilot.  With the air & gas flowing over the "Cool Tip" it allows the end, or tip of pilot to stay cooler.  When the outer body is cooler it prevents the nozzle end of pilot from burning up and also reduces the amount of contaminants that would stick to the nozzle end when hot.
